We don’t want to consume tea used by someone else and would guess that you don’t either. Due to the high hygienic standards, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns of tea and tea accessories as we cannot re-sell them to other customers.
PRODUCT ORDERED IS DAMAGED!
We really don’t want this to happen, because we put so much effort into testing and certifying our box to make sure your products are protected in transit! The sad thing is, it’s out of our hands sometimes. When you open the box, look the product over carefully for any broken parts. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the damaged item or contact us at +91 9315714253 and send us the pictures. We would ship a new product asap.
